Website value

How can I put a value on a new website. I've spent a lot of money on content. Does investment in content add value to the site? I just started building links to it a few months ago and just started ranking for keywords.

Yes, but when you secure monthly profits either through amazon or adsense, you could easily sell it for 10x its monthly revenue or even more.

The best way to add value is by spending a lot of time curating content, ranking as many keywords as possible and making adsense or affiliate dollars.
You could still flip it without making any money but it depends on how many articles you have and how many keywords are ranked.

Once I went live just the content was getting picked up, but since I started building guest posts and such it is starting to pickup keywords faster.
