I have been trying to figure out the value of a specific website, and when i search for the estimator on google, the top 3 answer give me 3 different number not close to each other.
so i am asking from your experience, which estimator is generally the most accurate?

None of those services are accurate. A website is usually sold/bought for a price that equals the earnings it generates in a period of 10 to 12 months. So, if a site generates about $100 monthly, you`ll usually see it sold for $1000 to $1200. Hope that helps.

Depends on the website though. The Google website is not worth just 1x it's yearly income. That would be ridiculous. One site might be worth it's monthly income x 5, another might be worth it's yearly income x 5. Depends on website age, quality of traffic, and type of income.

For typical small websites that generate their income from ads, the value is usually about 12 months worth of income.
For a larger website that has multiple income streams, it is usually more.

For websites that have questionable content, dodgy promotion methods, or copyright stuff, the value is usually less than 12 months. (Maybe 5 months?)

website value estimator is based on backlinks to the website, traffic and many other things but there is not a single website that will provide an accurate estimation.
