Website Tweaks To Get More Clicks

Hello,
I own a few adult tube sites and I have a question as far as my ads go. Does anyone know of any minor tweaks I can do to the ads to make ppl want to click on them more. I am getting about 15,000 uniques per day per site and I am getting around 250 clicks per day per sponsor. I am wanting to increase the click rate on my site, I know the best way to get ppl to click away is to make a boring site but I cannot do that for obvious reasons. So my question is to bloggers or other marketers who have sites that have ads on them how have you increased your click thru rate?

For an adult tube site, make the ad the same size and look as your video thumbs? Maybe a whole row of fake-video-ads on top of, halfway down, or on bottom of your navigation page that's nigh-indistinguishable from a real row of videos.
