I have new website DA and DR is high but still no traffic is anyone doing that on forum?

You have a new website that has a high DA and high DR.
I'm assuming that it's based on an expired domain.
You just resurrected the website.
I would suggest that you go to the Wayback Machine at archive.org.
See if you can get a good idea of the kind of content that that website used to have.
Replicate that content if you want to bring the traffic back.
I'm assuming that a lot of your referring links are still alive.
This can be a good way to drum up traffic by simply bringing back pages.
It should give you enough time to have your new site attract new organic traffic in its own right.
