website traffic stuck

Hello guys

I have problem with my website. My website is news portal with pop culture niche. I think the traffic doesn't improve since last year. My website get around 2500 unique visit /day since early 2017 till today
I always do my routine, post 4-5 articles/day.
Any idea how to improve the traffic?
