Hey all.. I remember one of my seo friend knee about one website where he could instantly submit and get live back link.

It was done in 5 mins. This was done to show live links to our clients...

Any idea what website was that?

Are you talking about Linkcollider may be I am wrong ,but need more info what sort of live links you are talking here.
 
I am not very sure. He submitted page URL, title and description and it got submitted instantly and a URL was generated.
 
I am missing out something here what sort of link ( Social Bookmarking , Article , PPT , PDF , Podcast , Infographics , Image submission ??? )

Suppose you are submitting your link , title , description over Stumbleupon ,Diigo , Delicious , Scoopit , etc after submission all details you get a link generated.
 
No idea but I know he said it's a directory.
 
Just Google : High Pr Directory Submission Sites List and you will get N number of results from that you can select on which sites you have to place the link.

Also few sites only allow Reciprocal Links try to avoid those sites.
 
Yes but these are not instant.

This guy used to generate instant live links.

Basically directory submission there might be tonnes of them I would use that for t3
