Fiverr.com, there's some gigs that offer up to 3 articles for $5 with good ratings. You just got to look for them.

I'm going to start a brand new website and i intend to buy some written articles from Constant Content or iwriter (i mean i will buy the Full Rights license). However how do i know that will the writer resell it to others ? That will result duplicate content. Should i put it on my site and submit to Google crawler right after purchase, so if someone copy my articles, their website will be penalized, not mine ?

I hate coming up with titles, I just want to find my niche, buy the articles, and then move on.

If there isn't such a site, I might try to have one developed if you guys think it would be a useful medium.

Have you tried iwriter? Its like a ebay format with different type of writers, with feedback associated.
