I'm looking for a website that allows to set tasks for multiple people to do very short and simple jobs cheaply - like click on a banner / register on a website / leave a pre-written review.
Any references?

Little confusing buddy... Are you looking to get such site developed for you as it's in HAF section, or are you looking for sites that provide such services?
