I mean, I understand dropshipping sites can be very profitable but also untestable. Maybe that's why some flipping sites do not allow to sell them.

Unless things have changed recently this is incorrect.
I sold a dropshipping business on Empire Flippers in 2018 that was making $1,800 a month profit.
The owner sold it again on Empire Flippers 9 months later when it was making $3,000 a month.

As I said before it depends on the source of your traffic. If you are getting traffic only from shoutouts and outreach, then I think it's impossible to sell!

IF 1 of my dropshipping site could earn penny, i would consider duplicate it by other similar products OR scale it up. RATHER selling my money making machine

I would say 15x-20x but this would totally depend on your niche and source of traffic. If I was you I would rather reinvest the money that I earn from the site for marketing and creating new websites. I think you must reinvest 50% of what you earn if niche is good and you see a future.

I guess for Ecom store it's difficult to evaluate. Maybe 2-5x the net profit
