When I said, "Only Indians can understand this", I literally meant only an Indian can understand ranjnikant's joke(as its an Indian actor) which is portrayed as humor by creating a website which Doesnt require internet to run, instead it runs on "Rajni Power".

Blows my mind that some people dont get this joke.... Joke is that you can only access this webpage by unplugging your internet? is it really that hard to understand? joke is that some people dont know that the flash will be on your computer eventough your not being contact with the original server, your able to go through the flash offline... Joke is great and even greater if you dont know that the site is loaded in your cache.
