Not really black hat but an excellent tool for those who put up a ton of web pages to check their sites out.

I can't even count the amount of landing pages and IM pages I've seen where things don't line up correctly.

this would be decent for landing pages but for real sites you need to actually visit them a pic just wont due... i learned the hard way lol

Does this have any use. i don't think so it just changes the frame where the page loads.

It would be usefull if different browsers user agent were used like IE, Mobile devices etc.
