I use this website: https://websiteseochecker.com/domain-authority-checker/. It works very well because it shows you many metrics of a domain for free, including Spam Score. However, I recommend using Majestic's Trust Flow and Citation Flow metrics to see the quality of a domain's backlinks in a more realistic way. Although Majestic is a paid tool, I'm sure you can find a website that offers these metrics for free.

As been mentioned above, Moz or try Semrush man it’s the shyt man convenient AF
its way easier cause you can filter your desired spam score and export in to txt or whatever then head to GSC and disavow the links
Results are usually pretty fast it doesn’t take months to feel the difference
