Website sold on flippa. Please help!

I sold my first site on flippa.com . I started flippa escrow and now I am on this step:

1. What does it mean "Transaction has been refunded"?
2. The buyer asked the website transfer by email. Is it safe to send him the website?
3. What if I will send him the website and he opens a dispute that my website is having something wrong, and gets the money back and keeps the website too?

Always use an escrow to transfer a domain/website. It seems like he cancelled the payment, don't transfer the domain without a middleman or you will get scammed
 
This is what I am understanding too. In fact the process gone from step 1 to final step(the little green dots in the right).
Maybe someone that already sold a website on flippa, explain what are the steps on flippa escrow or what does transaction refunded means...

Looks like there is no deal.
Do not transfer the domain or send any files
 
Looks like he refunded the money. Don't send him anything
 
You have almost sold, Buyer cancelled the deal as it looks like

Flippa needs to be strict with such practices....it has started to happen a lot there.

Flippa in this case is the middleman.

OP, send flippa a message and they will give you a much accurate answer. I have not personally encounter this before.
 
Does Flippa provide free listing in a case like this where buyer withdraws from the transaction?
 
Yes.He asked for refund and money is not anymore with you. Be careful flippa has million of scamming sellers and billions of scamming buyers. Yes there are both.

Flippa is now being scammed by sellers who are selling websites at high buy it now price
They build shit sites & sell it at high cost.
I'm just confused with it.
