Website service question

For those who are in the website design services, If I wanted to start creating websites for small local businesses, what is the best way to transfer everything to them so they can pay for the recurring fees (hosting, domain renewal, etc)? Would I open everything under their business before I begin? What about the small mom and pop businesses who arent tech savvy? Thanks!

Aren't you creating a new account for them? Best way ia to create an account under their email and add the necessary products to their cart and let them buy the things.
