What can i do to pimp my steroid/pharmacy niche page to increase sales.

I have Twitter, FB, Pinterest and more SM.

i bought some backlink packages but sales and ranking are not really better.

I want to increase sales and get better ranking. I need specialized people with experiences on steroid related content. Maybe Partnerships...

Good luck with those niches! You will need a hell of a lot more than that.. as someone already pointed out jokingly those niches are dominated by guys knee deep in hardcore spam.

Open analyzing your website and you backlink Profile,
you have to fix title duplicated in 61 page download screaming frog seo,
but after that work in ur main page more content,
