I am creating a classifieds website, a site of this nature does not have any content until users start adding their listings (think Craigs list, or Gumtree without any listings). What is a good way to get this off the ground considering its bare nature until I get the users, and to get the users I need it ranking. I am a total newbie, but its getting about 5K impressions a week but only 0.5 CTR. Do I need SEM to get it going?
Any tips or tricks please?
