Which email you mean here ? Do you mean the adsense mail and the site is on blogger ? Or mail given in hosting ?
In both these cases, you can sell the site without giving email. You will be transferring website files abd domain name only. You can check online tutorials on how this is done.
Not sure what you mean so here goes:
1. If you mean website without domain and email is on domain then yes you can sell website on flippa etc
2. If you mean website with domain and email is on domain then no it goes with the domain
If you mean 1 you will find it hard to sell a website alone without a domain.
