Website Scraped Our Complete Content

Hey guys,

Not sure if any of you have experienced this issue, but a website has scraped our homepage and product pages and has copied it to their website, it's a very long link but they've scraped all the buttons and even navigating the site itself.

If someone could help, I'll DM them the links for them to view.

Should we report each page to Google for DMCA violation? Disavow the links?

there are several threads on here of other webmasters having same issue.
google dmca is about your only real option https://support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905?hl=en
you can also submit dmca to their host, but it's a dice throw if they will take action.

Report it to Google for a DMCA violation. That’s your best move. Disavowing won't help if it's a content scrape issue, it’s more for toxic backlinks. If they’re ranking with your content, a DMCA takedown should get their pages deindexed.

Was your content indexed in google ?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Try reaching out to the site owner first, requesting them to remove the copied content. They might not be aware of the issue. But before you do that, make sure you have gathered evidence of the infringement, such as screenshots and the URLs involved. If the issue continue, file a DMCA with Google. This informs Google that the content is infringing on your copyright. But If the situation doesn't improve, consider seeking legal advice.

It makes sense to start by trying this. You can source web archieve files if there is an image. If he uses bad language, state that you will report him and use your copyrights. I was able to turn it down a few times this way. I wish you luck too.
