Thanks to be honest and your oppinions. As i am completely new in this story, i just try to fill my sites with things i went through. Of course, i lack the uniqueness and to find my own niche is still pretty hard yet. Hopefully it will get easier in the future.
What do you mean with spamming? Do you mean just the pop-ups? I thought it leads to subscribtion because 8 of 10 websites has this welcome mat or pop ups.

I think that the domain name has nothing to do with the niche that you are into. It's not related to internet marketing and the site logo, why do you use a compass? Is that a compass? I'm just curious. It needs a lot of work and stop spamming just like what others have suggested.
The choosed this domain name, because it means tthat everyone can create something bigger than just what the most imagine and when it is just a small website. And the the compass means more something like an adventure and in which direction you want to go.
But in which way do I spam? With the pop ups and welcome mat? Doesn't it lead to more subscibers?

Nice layout, and having your profile picture and story adds credibility and trust. That's good.
The big issue for me is that there is no unique selling point. It's just another generic IM blog.
I recommend concentrating on a micro-niche and becoming an authority on that topic.
Have a look at Darren Rowse's ProBlogger site. He is one of the very few "make money from blogging" guys who isn't a snake oil salesman. Visiting his site is like going to college.

Yes, people hate popups and pop-unders. They are an abomination of the early Internet that we'd like to forget about.
I strongly recommend against including popups on your homepage, or anywhere on the website unless your site has high quality unique informations.
Even Google hates popups.
