I have observed a sudden drastic changes in google search results.My site and many other sites rankings has been changed for multiple keywords. Did anyone experienced the same?

Nothing out of the ordinary, somedays they go up, somedays they don't.....

Try out guest posting, if you are already using this then you should just wait after sometime it will again take higher ranking.

These changes are normal in Google dance.

Nothing specific changes... its a normal fluctuation.

Its more like almost never they go up and most of the time they just dance to the google party xD Drunken keywords cant stay sober and be on the top pff
