I am ranking on 9th spot for a keyword

whenever I build some HIGH PR backlinks I get on top spot for a day or 2 then roll back to a spot around 10th spot

7 websites are authority websites and my ranking is still better than many other authority websites.

domain authority of above 7 websites is 60 and above
mine is 30

page authority is below 20 for all these sites
mine is 35.

some sites with domain authority 60 and above are ranking under me.

how do I get better ranking permanently or for longer period? any suggestions? please help?

Most probably you are getting help from high PR and DA websites, so better to build more links from authority websites and contribute some quality websites on others and try to get back links from those popular websites.

As far as I understand your website ranking is ups and down right?

no website is on the first page.
but ranking not improving.
If I build high pr backlinks it jumps to top spots for a day or two . and then back again

what type of links and how many links will help me. any suggestions?

Keep doing what you're doing. You'll get up there soon enough. Google makes KWs dance up and down all the time to see where they fit (maybe checking CTR or bounce rate when ranked higher?). If users are finding what they are searching for on your site, keep building links as you have so far and you'll get there.

How can i explain it logic so you can understand i really don't know YET !!! LOL:confused:
But google tests bounce rate=> NO. 1

YOU have to create better content than the competition, google then tests and if you ``pop-up`` on visible pages (means google is thesting your ``Shiiiiiit``*excusse the lag...) and if you have high bounce rate it means that the user (visitor) is not satisfied with what he found for those keywords and down the pages YOU GO! and VICE VERSA

Very Simple!

Some good tricks for getting permanent positions would be share your links on Google plus and contribute there, sharing on social media would also give good effects.Drop that links on various sites. The most important is to index that URL bu good indexer.

Try some other off-page SEO tasks like bookmark, Web 2.0 Property, Blog commenting, etc.
