I'm in Canada, spamming an American website with a macro that posts something every few seconds..the site is massive so its not like the message stays very long before getting bumped down. The website is American, They've called and E-mailed asking for it to stop..Should I?

yes. if they have called and emailing you to stop. so stop it. find another site

I got a call to my cell phone from a corporation telling me to stop spamming my links on their site.
I denied doing it on my cell phone. (of course)
Then I did a whois lookup on my domain, all you could see was my Cell number and secondary email.
I called him back saying Im gonna talk to my lawyer about him impersonating a representative if his bullshit continues.
This guy was from the corporation

If it is a big authoritative site, you should stop or try a different approach.

I wouldn't be as agressive if I were you, your the one doing the wrong doing, and your spamming nakely within their eyes. If they even went through the trouble of calling you, thats a big sign.
