I came across this site today

They using seamrush data to show you graph of your traffic and indicate when / if penalty was imposed on your site.

Semrush Onsite Traffic data is whack. Cool tool but not the most accurate by any means and not good enough to have real implemented value.

This is my tool

It's a very basic tool but it should give a somewhat accurate indication whether a site has been affected by a Google update. It was mainly built for my use when looking at sites to sell - it gives me a quick reference if a site may have been hit by an update.
