My website is currently being penalized, losing all impressions and traffic significantly.
I hope everyone can give me some advice on how to handle this.

Wait for a week and if it doesn't regain, check and fix the content of your website.

increase your backlinks and focus on your off-page seo, and i guess, in your content you are targeting to the less attentive keywords.
