Hello, my money site has been spammed from some competitor with some k of unuseful links. How would you address the problem? The money has content, good and clean backlinks the auction domain i purchased, good and clean pbn backlinks...

Disavow them.

Use the Disavow to get them removed.

Also check search console for manual action alert

If your website has relatively high authority these links won't harm your site. Google knows negative SEO and pure link spam doesn't do shit anymore.

So, you think the best way is not to trying to disallow bad links but build more strong links?

You can disavow them to be safe but imo it doesn't matter.
