I am looking for a website partner.

You must know how to code a website ! (html, php, javascript, etc)

I can't make one by myself, so thats why I am looking for someone.

I can pay for the hosting, domain etc to get started off.

Must be dedicated and live in canada, USA, or UK (or any same timezone as these countrys)

From start, all the way to finish.

Not paying upfront since we are both going to be running the site and putting same amount of work into it.

He's not trying to pay, he's looking for a partner.

I don't see the point, why a programmer would create a new facebook for you on your domain and hosting.
I think you need a new brain, or you think we don't have one.
