    Hey BHW,
All my sites have been down for the last week because of my web hosting, and I have started to see my rankings gradually going down as well.
I have been getting errors from the google crawlers as they cannot crawl my site.
I was just wondering, once I get these sites back up will the rankings theoretically go back to normal? or will I need to do something from my end?

    Thanks

You should get back your rankings after fixing the crawl issues but no one knows for sure whether it will happen or not as Google is unpredictable. Switch to a reliable host so this wouldn't repeat itself and keep your fingers crossed.

One of my sites was down for 2 days and there was no change in rankings. A week, though, is a long time, so I don't know. I'd get my site online ASAP if I were you. Get a new hosting account if nothing else helps.
