My website in not indexed in google but in webmaster its showing 72 pages indexed.

Please help me.

try this and see if it is indexed.

site:yoursite.com

I have already tried this and sitemap submissions.. nothing is in the search results

I have submitted sitemap 3-4 days before and its showing 72 pages indexed

sometimes it just takes little longer, so just wait patiently

you can try building some backlinks meanwhile to give it some push..

If you checked indexed pages then you search in google by this keyword "site:site URL" and press enter then you have to get all indexed pages which is listed in google.

plz add the meta tag file upload in public_html folder.
if u dont understand then go to webmaster google tool and verify the site option and click on upload option.later 1 week your site are index and same method to bing and alexa.

I've heard of a "hack" where if you run Google AdWords directed to your site, Google will immediately index it. Not sure if it's still valid but might be worth a try. Just remember to set your budget at a very low amount and stop it once it is indexed.

Another option is to post an inquiry on Google's Product Forum: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/websearch

Hi Guyz ,

Thanks for the reply, but my site is 2 years old earlier it working fine but when i stopped the services from a seo person then it become invisible in serach engines, now i have added it webmaster and sitemap ..its showing 72 pages indexed in webmaster but website is not visible in serach engine.. Please help me out. even i have sent reconsideration request to google

If you do a site:http://yourdomain.com and it's not showing for any pages, then your site has been deindexed. If this is the case, don't waste any time on trying to get it reindexed, just start a new site and clone the content off it, if the content is decent.

I agree with innozemec. Just wait patiently and do what you have to do. Also try to check if your site got indexed by google by searching this keyword "site:yourwebsiteurl" and you will see the list of your pages that were indexed by google.

How old your website is. If its a new site and you don't do any aggressive link building and have duplicate content just wait for few more days. Ping your site and tweet your site URL so that it will get crawled faster.
If its a old site i am sure it got deindexed. If its so don't wast your time buy a new domain and start working on that.
