do you need a logo designed?
how many pages?
functionality of the site, coding necessary? (shopping cart, admin panel etc etc)
onsite seo optimized or not?
how professional you want it to look? (there is a big difference between a site designed like apple.com or most of the sale sites that I see, that look like total crap IMO)
