No. How will you know what its supposed to do, what is right/wrong and when things need done. Having a clanker working on your behalf when you have no idea they will do what they do best, and thats burn tokens lol

If you have a list of the 10 admin things that you need help with every week/month, and you have a written organised process of what you know has to be done, then you test a clanker in staging/test mode at best only, configure update, and then roll out to production, with manual backup and restore for yourself built in above all else.

Then yes you should use open claw.

You have to learn tech, as well as manage it. A good manager of a person/clanker knows the key processes that need done, and they know that if clanker A/Person B can't do it, then someone can replace them, but at their heart they have the process documented, and logged somewhere for the next clanker to learn.
 
It is not a good idea, as the AI programs are still incapable of handling things like a human does. I have done this experiment on a dummy website, & it got messed up. So a big no from my side.

I know that AI can find errors on websites, help with SEO advice, and can make edits to robot.txt and other files.
Or do you get a lot of errors?
 
You can use AI as an assistant or helper, but don't give it the whole responsibility of your website. AI can help in solving complex problems, but in the end human input is important.

That’s exactly why I’m afraid that it will become vulnerable to hackers

A complete transfer of control carries high risks.

I own a blog network and all manage by automated from content to link building but I don't want to allow autonomous agents to do the maintenance. Even if I built the site totally automated, I change cPanel/CMS user passwords and if it's WordPress (99% cause I don't have experience with other CMS much) I give application passwords... I used to do all until I got Japanese SERPs hacked with PHP injection. I am pretty sure it's a leak by one of the models I use.

There were some before, when AI didn't exist at all. You can't be insured against this here.
