Hallo,

SEO question:

I do SEO for quite a while now. I believe there was an update last week maybe 13.-16.03.

One of my money websites lost some rankings - but i checked over 30-40 Keywords and we lost literally everywhere some position.

No manual penalties visible.

We did not get any new BL in or lost any important one over the last month. We did not change the website much just adding content on a regular basis through our blog etc.

We are loosing positions to companies who do not give a fuck about SEO :D which is weird. Also they provide way less content. The age of the websites are pretty similiar.

Sitespeed is good.

IMO: My website lost authority - so we got downranked with literally 80% of our content and we do have a lot of content (15.000 Keywords ranked). I am operating in a niche and we are one of the biggest content producer in this niche (over 1m words online).

Does anyone have a clue or idea how we lost this authority? I know there are more indicators to check and i guess i need to check the BL link by link but we bought some high quality links over the years which should normally outperform every competitor.

Example: Normally when we upload a new article about one of our niche keywords, we get an entry on site 3-4 after indexing it and then it slowly is going up to page 1. Now its starting 5-6 - so i have the feeling the whole website authority got hit/downgraded.

Anyone else had this problem in his SEO career?

Cheers!

Even I've lost DA by 1 point for one of my website but my website is constantly performing well. Recently I also faced the keywords going down but after few days again the KWs came back to their normal position.

i hope they will go back to normal - but would like to find out what it could have caused?
