I have a few sites that I have started over time and just never did anything worthwhile with, whether I lost passion or whatever, these sites have just been sitting around unused to their potential.

The first site I am offering up for a JV is:
A home niche site I started a few years(2017) back with no plan for monitization, more of a pet project to keep me motivated working on and around my own house.
Like when I needed to replace a garbage disposal, and didn’t know how, I researched and wrote a blog post.
Frozen pipe burst, wrote a blog post from what I learned.
So on like that, I build content.

Topics it covers:
  • Home repair: inside and outside
  • Home decor & crafts: diy and tips
  • Landscaping
  • Lawn care
  • Gardening
  • Plants & flowers

Pretty much everything to do with things inside and outside of the house.

Currently 344 posts on the site, lots of interlinking between relevant posts. I have probably 20-40 more posts I bought and just never put up, plus all the PLR content you could ever want in this niche.
Lots of photos and everything all done up already.
Site is 100% English based, aimed at the US market.

It has a DA of 10 right now, as I said, I didn’t do much of anything to it. Built no links besides a few social channels.
I’ve never even connected it to my GA account to monitor it, I just never cared.

I’m being honest about this project, since I never built it for SEO most of the posts don’t have great keyword focus, but could easily be fixed.

I have decided I might as well monitize it, but with everything else I have going on, I just don’t have time really.

So I figure a joint venture is the way to go here.

So here are the options:
40%- me
I pay all the US taxes on income, I’ll buy a couple new articles a month for the site, and pay hosting/url renewal fees out of this share.

60% - you
You bring traffic, legit traffic. This can be through use of SEO, socials, whatever you want. You cover the costs of this part.
You do the keyword research and tell me what articles to put up.

OR

If you hate splits, because of having to count on other people to pay you, I understand.
We can work something else out, like you post ads on the site with your own affiliate accounts, I’ll post some myself, and everyone keeps 100% of their share from the ads. If that is your interest I’m open, but it will be established through agreement how that works beforehand.

Monitization ideas:
-Adsense: I have an aged account already, that has been active for 6+yrs, I have plans to use this for my current big project too, so any traffic must be CLEAN, LEGIT traffic, not burning the account.
-Amazon: this site can have big to little items, lots of top 10 lists and even review posts, it is very broad based.
-Email list: you want to build a monthly newsletter, and manage it, I’m open.
-Sell links: I have accepted some guest posts in the past, as a way to get some content. As the niche is highly competitive, I get offers all the time.
-Ebooks: I have literally hundreds of copyright free pdf ebooks of things from home cooking/canning to home repair. Find a way to monetize them.
-Other affiliate programs: I’m in just about every major affiliate program, and this specific project would work for everything from credit offers(home loan refinancing to credit cards) to educational programs(plenty of affiliates on “how to” stuff) to Walmart/target/etc...(instead of Amazon)

Or I’m open to just about any idea you have to make some money with this site.

A few things:
1) I am looking for long term, not throwing garbage links at the site for a quick boost and then burning it down.
2) Real traffic, not trying to game affiliates or fake views of anything. Legit traffic. This has the potential for serious long-term growth, let’s not waste big money potential

If you are interested in this JV, I have a few requirements:
1) be a member in good standing here. No newbies who just signed up, I would like to see some posting history actually helping people out, sharing knowledge, and such. You don’t have to be JR VIP or anything, but you can’t post here like “just signed up to say for this, message me, I make you millions”.
2) Have a track record of success, show me you can do what you say. I am all for people starting out, but I don’t want to waste my time on this project.
3) we are keeping communication in blackhatworld for the most part, if you message me instantly and say “hey hop on Skype to chat more right now”, I won’t.
4) You be prepared to run with this, meaning I will have oversight, but I won’t be providing direction or anything. I have a full time job that pulls me in many directions and am working on another huge project for me that has long-term potential. So my time is severely limited on what I can contribute to this.
- even to the point if you want to redesign the site, I would be open to free reign.
5) If an affiliate disputes traffic quality and refuses to pay, no one is getting paid.

Finally: if interested, message me. Tell me a bit about yourself, tell me about your experience, maybe even a bit of your plan on this.

In return, if interested in what you offer up, I’ll share the site link, and we can knock out the particulars of the agreement through BHW messages.

Before we proceed with this, we will both need to have a firm agreement on everything, each of our responsibilities and our expectations. No surprises, no fights, nothing personal, this is all business.

Since I said for you to tell me a bit about you, here is a bit about me:
IM is my hobby. I have a few sites that make me a little extra money. I’ve had a few sites that made me a good amount of money- but sold them due to being a time strain.
I am a regional director(responsible for covering locations in 20 different states) of a billion dollar company as my full time job currently, and do freelance consulting on the side(working on a big project to take that to the next level).
In my field, I am respected as a bit of an expert, I recently was asked by the largest industry certification organization to rewrite large parts of their study materials for their exams. I’ve been asked by private organizations and even local/state governments to give presentations on my speciality.
Between work and home life, as you can imagine I am busy, but find doing IM to be my relaxing hobby.
My current stable of sites is around 21, which of those about 1/2 are profitable of a few hundred a month. So it is basically a hobby that pays for itself and a few nice dinners a year.

My biggest success in IM:
I built a site up to a few grand a month, it had a dedicated network of about 50 PBNs, plus a large social channel with lots of engagement. But it took up so much time to maintain, I sold it(including the PBNs), the new owner trashed it, thinking it was able to be auto-piloted, which was sad to see, but meh, I cashed out, so it wasn’t my loss.

Thanks for the time and I look forward to working with someone on this project.
