Website is ranking in "normal" SERP for location but not map pack

Hi All

I have a website that is domestic cleaning company. They have a physical office, but dont have clients go there. They cover a few towns and carry out the service at a customers home.

The GMB ranks for a few towns, but one particular town it is not ranking for.

When I search Cleaning company + exampletown3 i am showing 4th in regular SEO but im not showing on the GMB

When i search "Cleaning company exampletown1" or "cleaning company exampletown 2" i am in the map pack for those towns and regular SEO.

Any ideas why I wouldnt be showing for the "exampletown" in question in GMB map pack, and what i can do to get there?

The map pack is more competitive. Maybe you need more reviews for Google to rank you there.

Website ranking and 3map pack ranking are similar but have many differences
you have to do so much more

add more categories to the gmb page ,up date with new images and fill out there stupid covid guide lines for the business.and as said if possible a few more reviews .theres a post here about asking for directions to a business address and making your way there following maps instructions .looking at the case study he posts this looks a good method.
