Just taking your pro opinions guys , i live in egypt and the online market here is still fresh , mostly focused on facebook and freebies websites like an open market for people to place their ads for free , mainly to drive traffic . So i would like to imitate some english website which will most likely be a unique idea , preferrably ideas that include free service or whatsever .

yup i thought of that , there is only one site that is similar to that in arabic " khamsat.com " .

Anymore ideas? its an unused market in here waiting to be broken into .

If internet really new in Egypt like that, open an ecommerce website. You will have good business for the young customers. Good luck

Just look at the most popular sites in US and copy that for the arabic market.

There is no science to it.

Try making a pinterest site or a CL site.

Is there anything like Groupon?

I saw sooo many of those websites in Europe and I'm pretty sure most of them were earning decent money, at least in the first year.

There is a thing to those big deal websites is that im not a programmer i cannot make those programming tweeks these websites need , i can do a wordpress website but is it enough to make a pinterest like site or CL website on wordpress alone.. without playing in the code ofc , i only know html

maybe an ecommerce site will be easier for you as there are many pre-made themes for this already you dont have to be so good at code

You can consider to find partner for your project.
At some point you will need much more knowledge about coding etc if you're going seriously and for a big score. After all, you didn't said at all what do you know exactly to do?

a reddit clone, there's actually very few of it in general. I saw a french clone before and it was pretty successful

Damn just get a Twitter clone and run an Egyptian Twitter. Sharetronix script or something.

You can certainly use WordPress too for a lot of things. There is a theme for almost every type of site - from a Pinterest style, to a directory, crowdfunding (there ya go, Kickstarter in Egypt?)...etc etc.

If you needed help I'd certainly be willing to help on installs and tweaking. I'm no expert but I'm also not expensive, just looking to support my daughter and I. ;-)

Either way, go for it!

Um one question if i decide to make an arabic clone of whatever pinterest or twitter or reddit or whatever , do i have to translate it from english to arabic or is there auto translate for whole website , Since arabic is a hard ass language to make a website with , it doesnt go well with english words .

your wrong , fiverr clone site is already saturated , It would take long time and huge investment to start making $$$
