That should give you some ideas on what type of site you can make. If your website is something your passionate about, people will really enjoy visiting and purchasing from it because it is a site much different than the one that was made just to make money.
If you like teaching than maybe you can write a website about schooling that is made up of information that exists but also holds unique informative articles that you can't find anywhere else. Then you can sell books, backpacks, school supplies, even sell some of your site space for advertising months at a time once you reach high in the Alexa and Google rankings.
If you enjoy Basketball you can write about the many aspects of basketball and then join affiliate programs associated with the sport.
Your content will be appealing and interesting because you're going to develop a website your passionate about. Many times, when sites are made just to make money the content is boring. Most likely you will get bored making a site just to make money. The money will be good but over time that thrill will be gone. Why not make a website you love doing and make a lot of money that way it is a win-win situation.
