I doubt that has anything to do with it, just a heads up. Have you created a bunch of new outgoing links recently? Are you using shit content? Do you have a bunch of random ads on your page? I have adblocker, so I can't tell. What is your anchor text diversity looking like? Did you point a bunch of links at the homepage recently? Anything new that you've done?

You've done nothing different? Made no new changes? What about the last few weeks? You should check into your link profile and see which links were being indexed these last few weeks. How long have you noticed that the homepage was deindexed?

Just released some PR yesterday and suddenly homepage also disappeared.
