look all i''m using addmefast to increase my page likes?? is it real likes or not??.. Second Question... the website addmefast gives you a website hits.. is legal or non regal for adsense??

Addmefast is just people like you liking you so you like them. Is it real converting people? No. Just looks good on the surface.
 
Some may be real, some not. They won't be much value to you regardless and only increase a statistic. Yes, it is against Google's TOS and I wouldn't risk it because if they catch on you'll most likely be banned. Not worth it, just stick to driving natural traffic to your site.
 
Can't you check out some of those accounts who are liking you? They are likely to be fake tho

Adsense hates that kind of stuff. You can get banned
