An option would be to use Wordpress with a ecommerce plugin, this way you can make a nice coporate website instead of a online store and yet integrate plans and packages or you could get a copy of WHMCS for the ERP and any CMS for your website.

I personally love wordpress, but many people hate it, while I havent mentioned on my previous reply, another options are joomla and DLE they are both CMS with a vast set of addons that can implement a checkout with paypal so you can sell your products, some also have a internal interface where you can control orders and more.

In additional like I mentioned you can also use a 3rd party application together with your CMS such as WHMCS, Host Bill, while there were mainly developed for hosting they are very customizable and can be used to pretty much any niche.

I'm running WordPress with WHMCS for reseller hosting management and it's working wonderfully. Definitely recommended!

My advice: Find a partner, who has the technical know-how.
