Website has Link Popularity -1! What to do?

The domain has been active for at least 5 years and had lots of SE https://ads.digitalpoint.com/go.php?k=traffic until the last few updates by google and until we changed to Vbulletin 5 connect!

Now I checked with the tool http://www.rankchecker.com/ and it says Link Popularity is -1!!

All traffic has also dropped dramatically after the changed mentioned above!

So what to do now?

When you changed to Vbulletin 5 connect, did your URLs change? If so, do they correctly 301 redirect to the new URLs?

Yes unfortunately the link structure changed because of the change of the Vbuleltin version. It is impossible to make a 301 redirect for 21K+ links - do you think it is the reason for why it has -1 ? Do you think it will change when google reindex or what do I have to do to get the website back to what it was before the upgrade?

I just checked amazon and apple on rankchecker and it reported a "Link Popularity" of -1... so appears to be something broken on rankchecker and not necessarily a problem with your site.

Thank this is good news but also makes things a little complicated, since then I don't know what is wrong with google and the forum, before the upgrade 21k indexed sides and now 68 indexed! This has last for at least 3 months. The new version has so far no option to submit a sitemap to google, maybe that's the issue then?
