That really sucks but you should provide more details. Who is your host and did you contact them for assistance? How did the hacker get in? Also, did you have your files backed up?
Can you currently access your cPanel or were you totally locked out? If this is the case then you will have to contact your host with payment and personal information when you first established this account.

What kind of plugins did you install? Did you install Firewall plugin and directory scanner plugin? Which other third party plugin did you install?
