My website got hacked a week ago. Hacker injected malicious files in my CPANEL and if you search the site on Google by using search operators "site:example.com" everything was coming in Japanese text.

By using WordFence, I found the malicious file in the CPANEL and i removed all the malicious files.

I submitted a new sitemap and everything got back to normal.

But still not sure, there might be some torjan or some backdoor still in the server.

So, am planning to shift to a new hosting server, and recreated the website again as there are only two pages in my site, it wont take much time for me to build the site again.

Why I am creating new site again as I still dont know yet if the site is still fully secured, I dont want to transfer the files to new hosting server ( what if there are still some back door )

My question here is after going with new hosting server and building a new site again, what are the stuff I might face in terms of SEO in this?

same happened with my one hosting account at StableHost...

although i finally managed to get everything back to normal and working..still dont know how and from where the hacker got access

You will mostly start from fresh if you go to a new domain. Why dont you try to restore this site.
If you have the backup code of your entire site, you can flush the current site in cpanel and install the code on the same domain.

Hi, You need to follow the following things,

1. Avoid Weak passwords
2. Check Phishing and malware insertion on your computer.
3. Another hacked website with the same shared-server you use.
4. Use captcha for all forms.
5. Use standard servers with SSL and firewall
6. If your are trying to create new website, try to use same URLs for web pages.
7. Configure with google console, monitor your indexing and crawl rate.
