Website getting traffic but not converting

Could someone take a look at this and give us some insight. We designed and put together this site for a client. It's been launched a week with 600 unique visitors but no sales conversions on targeted ads.

Lack of content and IA is off.

At first I thought the link you gave was to a product but it was the homepage. Maybe visitors don't want a random product being forced in front of their faces; maybe you can make it smaller and let visitors know it's a featured product. There's also a floating half-image above the product on the homepage. The title for "Instagram" should be more distinct, I scrolled right past it and didn't know what the images were for until I clicked them.

I agree with H0BB5, my question as a random person when I land on the homepage (!) which just has this 35 dollar kettlebell on it is "What the fuck is a Metcon and why are they sticking a kettlebell in my face?"

Spend some effort or money on creating a simple write-up about your company or whatever Metcon is.

"At Metcon, we believe in providing you with the best-quality kettlebells and other weights for the most reasonable prices. Our kettlebells are made with high-quality iron..." and so on. And put that at the top, as a kind of "About us" intro. Good luck!

Give something away for free and rely on reciprocity.. follow up through emails

A few things here:

1) The 'What is' and 'About' portion should be on any other page except the actual product landing pages. This is to ensure the visitor has lesser distractions.

2) Your product description isn't too detailed or informative.

3)Lack of social proof and trust signals IE; xxx orders completed, how many people on FB/insta love this product, and trust signals such as customer product reviews.

4)More information on shipping and delivery prices and processes.

5) FAQ or Return Policy with easily visible links to allow anyone to reach out to you by email or a call.

6) Carousel of related items or variations of the kettle ball( weight class, colours etc)

But already been said, lack of content and mainly a kettlebell, who the fuck buys that at that price on a shop? You can buy kettlebell's everywhere!

Also you have zero marketing tricks, all look static, you need a on sale page and few items need the from $34,99 for $24,99, stuff like that.

I'm looking at it from my phone, put a home button in the menu.

Also, where are your social media profiles? You need at least, facebook, instagram, twitter and pinterest and you need to make those pages nice and start posting daily although that will be hard with such few items.

Join niche related groups on fb, target niche related people on Twitter and instagram, target niche related boards on pinterest. Etc etc.

Making a nice website, a few ads won't make your website successful, you will need to invest a LOT more energy into it.

Says company is in U.K. But I add to cart and go to some shopify page and find out you only ship to USA

8kg kettle balls are at Walmart everywhere for $14.07 so how you think $35 will fly

Yeah yeah it looks dope but it looks like everything else out there but without enough actual products to make it work. Brand the products and sell the brand sexiness. Don't waste money on ads yet you'll never get a ROI.

I can go to Walmart and buy everything you offer for half price and the bonus at Walmart is I can buy some cheap beefaroni and I get to laugh at fatties in sweatpants at the same time!

I think it's good clear copy, very well presented. Maybe it's not about the page but the product/price
