Hi!
So, I have this website, promoting a fake generator. It has around 150 unique visitors/day, pr 0, 5 months old. It is the 3rd in Google for a keyword with ~5000 unique visitors.
It generates me arrond 2-3$/day. All of the visits are US visits from Google.
I decided to sell it to have a budget to start more projects.
I have 3 questions:
1. Should I keep it?
2. How much should I ask for it?
3. Where should I advertise the sale?
Thank you very much, guys!

Honestly, I would keep it and upscale it to bring in some more money. Even if you wait till the PR update (probably a couple months), the site still won't be worth the amount of work you've probably already put into it.

1.What's your domain name?for pricing.
2. You should sell your website at godaddyauctions

If he's selling the domain it should go to godaddyauctions, if he's selling the site it should go to Flippa, no?

I'm selling the website, not the domain.
I think I have accidently discovered a way to rank a website pretty easily, that's why I'm trying to start more projects.

Scale them up, try different keywords. Get creative and make some bank, take advantage of what you discovered.

If you're only making like $50/monthly, it's not really worth that much :/

Answer a few questions so I can help?

How much money and time did you put into it to get your 3$ a day?
Are you still building links or adding new content?
How long have you had steady earnings for?

Those will help to define a price for it.

The decision of whether you should sell it can be helped by these:

Is there no way to scale it up?
Do you have an idea that you know will make you more if you had more money from selling the site?
Are you scared the earnings will decrease?

PM me your site url and I can help you if you're still looking to sell it after considering the above questions. A stable income no matter how small will be better than a quick sell to get money for investing.

Finally, be careful who you talk to.

What do you mean by "that much"?
10$? 100$? 500$?

I would only like to talk about pricing.
There is a thumb rule on how to price your website which is - Multiply by 10 or 12 to what it is making for one month.
So if its making $3 a day then the minimum price you should put for the website should be anywhere from USD 900 - 1080.
You can ask for more if you think you can convince any buyer to pay you more for the website.

Are you serios right now?
I thought I can get for it like 50-100$ or so..
I would like to sell it because I want to start some other projects using the exact same methods.
Where should I sell it?
Thanks for your time!

Normally they would go for 12 Month worth of your income. so if it makes 2$ per day, 700$ is what you need to ask.

Haha 12 month worth of income is ridiculous. I have a website with makes around $2000 a month, but there is no way I see it going for $24 000, thats completely ridiculous.

Or I dunno, someone PM me if they want to buy my site for that much.

If you've been making that $2,000/month consistently, then it's definitely worth that much :P

The price depends upon how much you earn and whats the earning source? Is it reliable?

And you can try listing it on Flippa.

yes, if it is net $2000 profit then people will definitely buy for $24000+-
