How to detect For new GOOGLE IPS or Manual reviewers or Bots or Figngerprints

is there any website for detecting new google ips

Please help me

Since it's a real value, you will not get it for free.
Other reason: no cloaker (person) wants to show to G or FB what he knows and uses.

For IPs of bot, you have: http://www.iplists.com

For manual reviewers, I think nobody will tell you in public.. (an indication: IPs are mainly from Moutain View or Dublin )
