website for finding deleting domains?

Now I know there are all sorts of them out there. But I remember one back in the day that would get all the domains from all providers and list them with how long until they are deleted. Anybody know what that site was again? The only ones I could find through Google only showed already deleted names or they showed it correctly but only for one provider.

Deleting domains. So it will say the domain and that it will be made available at a specific time

https://www.name.com/expired_domains.php shows deleted and available domains. As per your description "available at a specific time" means you need expired domains and not deleted, which are going to be available in the future.
