Can be done via PPC, dont really need web but web would provide you pretty cheap traffic compared to PPC.

is direct linking still working??, I've heard it doesn't work anymore as it used to, that doesn't mean there's no money to be made using direct linking, but you would be making a lot more by creating a LP and sending traffic to the CPA offer from there.

I've been promoting through email with pretty good results. Saves me from building LP or blogs.
