News and entertainment are big industries for sure, lots of people are interested in them, but they're not niches. A niche is something obscure, a small but very topically relevant cluster that you can target because there's not enough competition in it, so you can dominate it easily just with topical authority and good content alone.
But News and Entertainment are not easy to dominate, and they're not niches anyway. If you want to focus on news and entertainment pick 10-20 seed keywords that you like about each one of these industries, plop them into your favorite keyword tool and narrow those seed keywords down until you find a niche that's underserved and you can focus on that one. This is how you find your niche...
I didn't check them, but there's no point in checking them anyway because - like I said - these are not niches, they're big-ass industries that cover a ton of niches (sub-industries), so they're not worth targeting with niche sites. But that's just my opinion, I'm sure there are people who have no problem tackling these 2 industries, but I can't speak for them

according to my point of view you should try health,business,fashion and home improvement. but before this you should think about your expertise and intrests.

My advice would be to start your niche search with one big niche in which you have some knowledge and more importantly experience. This way you can share your unique insight and actual experiences which makes for great content that beats AI any day.
You then narrow it down to sub niches until you find something with a good search volume/competition ratio. Nowadays there are really no low competition sub niches but there are some that have more long tails than others so you can target those for quick and easy traffic when you are starting out.
Make sure not to limit yourself to a very targeted sub niche with no potential for expansion (in my experience about less than 100 unique topics) but also don't pick too broad of a niche such as web hosting since you won't have the budget to compete with the big boys who have currently for you unreachable levels of backlink and topical authority.

Niches that attracts most people are Health, Technology, Fashion & Lifestyle, News. Select a niche from these in which you have some knowledge and make more interesting content over them.

First you should do keyword reasearch as per your interest.
As mentioned above by other people too that 1000s of niches are there in the market, but you have to choose that whay you want to do.
I will perosnally suggest the same to go with Keywords research first so you can find some good niche option in which you can find high CPC keywords.
