I agree, flipping sites at around $60-100 is short term strategy which I only utilise to raise some quick cash! And yes the downaside of not selling doesset you back the $19 on the face of it but I've go on to sell the sites privately away from Flippa for a little bit more than I had expected to do so by auctioning them. I guess you can always look at that as an upside of it ......
