Website exact 6 links on first google page

I entered the website exact name and found 6 more links of the website
Are these link result of schema tags if yes plz tell me how do i apply these settings to my website(only name would be better if you don't want to write whole process, i will google the rest)

Only google can decide if you have sublinks in search like that. Its an automatic process

But i think it has to do with some coding or anything else which i am missing. How can it be an automatic process if it is then what are the conditions that it depends on?

Those are Pages or Category pages on the same site. This is a Sign of a Good Site or You can say Good Structured Side (I read this somewhere).
