Website doesn't appear on google

Hello, May I ask your opinion?
There is something weird that's going on with a website of mine.
On May I registered a new domain never registered before.
I added 3500 unique and quality content on homepage and made every possible optimization.
On August I started building steady backlinks. As for today I drop 12 PBN backlinks out of 30 scheduled.
The weird fact it's my website is indexed but doesn't rank for my KW. I must say It's not the most easy KW of the world, yet I think with 12 PBN dropped and 5 months of content age I should appear on top 200 at least. But my site is indexed but doesn't want to rank.

To be honest I'm worried a little bit now. Because when I started building backlinks, my website wasn't ranking on any search engine. Today I checked on Bing and my website it's on page 2 there for my target KW. That's too weird. Of course I know Bing and Google are different Search Engine yet I never seen much difference on both. When I ranked on bing I was ranking on google and vice versa. For this KW this doesn't seems to happen.

What could be the reason? Not easy KW take more time to rank? Maybe a single page content website is not enough to rank not easy KW? What should I do?

12 backlinks? How many backlinks does you main competitor have?

Google takes time, plus your 12 links may not be powerful enough to signal your webpage is worthy of ranking anywhere on Google. Is the 3500 word content unique and high quality? If so, keep building links and allow more time for ranking.

If you've only been backlinking 40 days or so, it might be a factor too.

3500 words of, most likely, badly optimised content is your problem here. You are targeting a competitive keyword without any content and with, at best, average backlinks. I would not expect anything else.

Well only top 5 actually build links and PBNs... from position 6 there are just inner pages that rely on authority of main website...
Top 5 website actually have under 10 RD (from what I see) but from good sources.

May I ask you if google consider plurals and singulars as the same KW on content? I optimized my content but I considered plurals and singulars as different keywords so singular kw appear 1.97% and plural appear 1.91%. They should be fine but I guess it's too much if google consider them as the same KW...

In content they are considered pretty much the same.

I think you pretty much answered it yourself in the question itself.

Yes, harder keywords take longer and more effort to rank.

Single page website can work in general, just might not work for your query. Try adding more content on the inner pages to improve overall relevance.

Also, simply waiting 3 months and then start pumping with links might trigger a filter. Which it probably did.

If you have 3500 words on homepage, how many other inner pages do you have. You should at least 10 plus pages, If you only have 1 pages which is your homepage, Google will not prioritize your site.
